Lambpoint is our national beginner's competition! If you have only fought in 2 or less national ranking competitions, this is for you! The structure consists of mentors, instructors, and competitors. Any of these three should be ready to judge, direct, or staff tables during the competition.  Saturday will consist of lessons, workshops, and other fun games to practice the skills being taught that day to competitors. Sunday will consist of the tournament, with a sturdy ruleset. The competitors on Sunday will be broken into different 2-3 person groups with a mentor, who will help run them through the things they have learned the day before throughout the competition and continue to give them pointers. We will be holding our Rot competition of the semester! Make sure to show up with a cup (if you're male), and cover all skin! The winning Rot will be getting the Sceptor of Victory!

We will be holding our first judging workshop this Saturday, which includes directing practice. Everyone must attend at least one judging workshop!

With Lambpoint coming up, we will be going over some drills to help with a little more aggressive fighting, as well as how to handle suicidal fencers. You can learn more about what we will be teaching in the Lesson Plan.

We will be taking an in-depth view and practice on the Zwerchau meisterhau!

Come in and practice mixed weapons, as well as getting ready for Lambpoint!

We will be reviewing Zufechten and our footwork, and then moving into parrying!

All newly elected Rotmeisters must report for training! We will be going over drills, judging, and how to instruct/help others. Otherwise, everyone gets an open floor!

Welcome! This is our first Friday practice of the semester. If you are new, we will be showing you the basics of swordsmanship. For returning members, get ready to get back into things! Our practices are held at the MAC in Cary Street Gym. If you are unsure of where to go, make sure to ask an attendant when you get there. It is on the second floor right above when you check in.
